Ullaas is a cunning guy who can go to any extent for money. One fine day, he cheats a priest and redirects an NRI match which is supposed to go to a known person in his village. He manages everything and finally ties the knot with Laya. The twist in the tale arises when Ullaas comes to know that the NRI girl he married is a complete alcoholic. Rest of the story is as to how Sunil manages to get his problematic wife back on track.

The plot of the film revolves around Ullas (Sunil), a cunning procrastinator in his late 30s who makes a living by deceiving people in his hometown. Money is the only motivator that works for him and he wants it without any risks.

An aviation colonel comes to the Western Urals, to a large village of industrial importance. He remembers running here as a barefoot boy with his friend in the early 1930s. Then there was only a small crossing and a small village. About how they lived and studied here, how they became active builders of a new life, how they dreamed of seeing different countries, how they bravely fought the Nazis far from their homeland.
